I would have possabily moved the whole shot to the left a bit, to bring more of the leaf into view, nice focus and interesting feature.

mmm very nice, i like the out of focus heads forming a misty like halo around the center, the colours and contast in the center are excellent, i think that you should have removed some of the seed's to make the 'window' that your look through slightly bigger

I'll try with stronger side flash next time, i used a diffuser on this one, and as for the border, i did actually remember to put on in thi time! i just made it very thin...lol

nice composition wise i would move the whole thorn down and slightly to the right a bit, removing some of the branch, as for the focus....well you can't get it right all the time
